Thanks to Elle magazine I went on a little shopping spree on Asos - 20% off voucher in every issue (get it quick, the new one will be out soon!)

I don't usually buy things off of Asos as I find it hard to find the things that I want, but it all fell into place the other day and I found EVERYTHING I wanted. 

Including this whole outfit...

Monday Must - The Velvet Heels

THE velvet shoes, you know the ones, the most perfect shoes that Fearne Cotton showed off on her Instagram yesterday? Then sold out within minutes? Yeah well those ones.

Aren't they just beautiful! These are definitely a winner in my eyes, the perfect shape and the little ankle strap and of course the fact they're dusky pink velvet! *swoon*

Unfortunelty they are out of stock and who knows if they will come back into stock any time soon, but they do have black velvet ones, which look really nice. Obviously not as impressive but still, they're very sweet.

Very tempted, as my birthday is this month and I would love some new birthday heels! But with a pair of heels I would have to buy a dress to go with!

Autumn Wishlist

I love Autumn, it's my favourite season, the leaves are looking ultra pretty, the jumpers are out and the coffee is flowing. Gone are the days of an ice drink in Starbucks, onto the warm Vanilla Lattes and pastries that will warm up the chilliest of days. This season is all about getting boots and coats that will keep you cosy this winter. 

Seeing as I don't have enough money for all these things I thought I would make a wishlist instead!

This waistcoat is to die for! I tried it on in River Island and restrained from buying it then and there! However I bought Elle magazine the other day and low and behold there is a 25% off voucher for River Island in it! Hello jacket ;)

I love this scarf, the colours and the fact it is huge, so I could really bundle up in it on cold days. 

I have strong feelings towards winter clothes, I just love them. I love being covered in multiple layers and feeling snug, so I just need to get some money together to be able to buy 1,000 jumpers!

After the lovely ladies from Fearlessbrides got in touch with me to create my own bridesmaid outfit I jumped at the chance! I love putting these sort of 'wish lists' together, as it gives me a chance to window shop for a while, without feeling guilty! As well as asking me to create this outfit they also mentioned I would be in with the chance of winning a £50 voucher from ASOS.

I started thinking about what I would chose, and seeing as I'm 21, I've never been a bridesmaid and not thinking about getting married anytime soon I found it difficult at first, but then inspiration struck and the 5 year old girl with a pillow case on her head came back into memory. (I can't be the only one that did that right?) The first thing I thought about is what kind of colours would I like to see if I had a spring wedding (as this is one of the guidelines), obviously bright colours are the first thing that comes to mind. This Boohoo dress fits in perfectly, with the V back which gives it a bit of sexiness but not too much so it doesn't become too risqué for a bridesmaid. I love the bow detail on the back as well as the high neckline at the front which gives it a vintage feel. 

It also is an amazing price at only £25, which is great if you're on a tight budget, this dress also comes in bright pink and white, which could also be used for bridesmaids if you wanted a larger selection of colour. 

The dress started my colour scheme, I decided on gold, pink and turquoise. I decided on a gold clutch bag with gold chain as it would work well against the turquoise, and it could be worn on the shoulder whilst carrying the small bouquets. 

The shoes are by far the most expensive thing about this outfit, they are from Ted Baker, in a gorgeous nude/gold tone. I think they will work perfectly with this dress as they won't distract away from the dress. With the simple gold bottoms you would see a flash of gold every time the bridesmaids took a step down the isle. 

I decided to add some earrings into the ensemble, from Topshop, as I think this outfit would need a bit of 'bling' (hate that word but couldn't think of anything else). They contain a beautiful turquoise strands as well as tiny hints of pink and gold. 

I of course added in a bouquet of roses in pale pink and cream, which would look absolutely gorgeous against the turquoise dress.

Wish lists: My Money Supermarket Entry - Passion for Fashion2

Hi everyone, this is my entry into the Moneysupermarket.com competition, which is to create three different outfits that cost under £200 each, under the categories; Causal, party and holiday. I chose the high waisted jeans, because they are a good staple in anyones wardrobe, the wash is great for spring (well the cold spring we're having). The darker wash is also great because it slims my thighs down a bit! I went for the bright blazer because I love it against the dark jeans. The florals are a big trend this spring and will probably be around for quite a while. The light blue cami underneath just adds a more subtle tone to the whole ensemble. I teamed it with white pumps a gold necklace and a white colour block bag. The yellow on the sides of the bag, mix well with the yellow on the blazer and gives it a fun feel. Also 1p less than the £200 budget, that's pretty good right?

This is my holiday outfit. It comes in under budget at £152.97, so with the extra cash I would spend it on holiday essentials, such as: sun lotion, travel shampoo's, body lotions, after sun lotion etc. 

I love this outfit, I chose the one piece swimsuit, it's super stylish and very sliming, and you don't have to worry about weird tan lines. I picked out the blue in the swim suit, for the maxi skirt. I love wearing maxi skirts on holiday, they're so easy to wear and keep your legs cool, but warm enough in the evening. I love the colour of this one from Mango, it's a bit expensive at £34.99 but you could wear it with a lot of things. 

I had to chose a hat, you can't go on holiday without some sort of hat, as well as sunnies! I love the hexagon shape of these, so different from the usual round or oval shaped ones.

This is my party outfit, I would chose this if I was going out with the girls, maybe going for a meal then out to a few bars. I went for a monochrome theme, then adding a splash of colour from the clutch bag, I would have also used the same colour nail varnish as a base coat, under the confetti top coat, however I came up to the budget for the task. 

I love this outfit, as I think you could wear it casually as well - a pair of flats and a bigger bag would help this look be more casual. I went for the pleather T-shirt, as the trousers are patterned, this means it is easy to wear, but the pleather creates a smarter look also adding texture- which is reflected in the nail varnish. I decided on the triangle pattern necklace as it reflects the pattern on the trousers well but is not too 'clashy' the white also means it doesn't add too many colours to this simple outfit.

Bikini Crisis!

I've been trying to find a long line and high waisted bikini for ages, for my holiday in July, after searching everywhere on the high street I turned to ASOS. They have so many products they were bound to have at least one that I liked. 

I was right, I found this one from their mix and match range, both £16 each.

They looked amazing on the website, and sure enough when I got them through they looked just as the ones in the photographs. I tried it all on and the bottoms fitted really well, however the top did not. 

First off the top was available in bra sizes, however there was only a size that was too big, but I bought it anyway in hope it wouldn't be...well it was. It looked really nice, the shape was perfect, but it is just miles to big around the back.

I then decided to see if they had any other tops that go with the bottoms, then I came across a top that was more of a standard bikini shape, they had my size and I decided to order three sizes just to make sure the top fitted properly.

I got them in the post today, and somehow none of them fit me properly?! I am screwed, they do not have any more stock in any of the tops on their website, so I'm not sure whether to adjust the first top I bought, or to return all of it including the bottoms.

If anyone knows of any high waisted bikini's that won't break the bank I would be very grateful!
