Lingerie sets

I'm a huge fan of lingerie, I think it's the ultimate sexy item of clothing girls wear. Who doesn't? But I've never ever owned a maching set and seeing as I went into town a few days ago, to purchase some bits and pieces. I thought I might check out Topshop's underwear section, so I walked straight in and looked at all the gorgeous sets, wondering why I had never bought one. I couldn't think of any reasons.

So I had a look and one set stuck out, it was a perfectly shaped balcony bralet, in gorgeous black lace with a white background, making it look grey, they of course had a matching pair of pants; seeing as it was a set.
The pants were actually pants, it was great. Am I the only person who doesn't like wearing a thong? Sexy I know...

So after trying it on and finding that it fitted like a dream, which was a surprise because I've never been able to find a bra in Topshop that fits perfectly!

Anyway it was pretty expensive, the bralet being £25 and the pants being £8 but seeing as I haven't bought anything for myself in ages, I wanted to treat myself. It was totally worth it, I can wear the bra a few times a week, seeing as my wardrobe is mainly dark colours so will go under a lot of my tops/shirts. All I need is a few more pairs of the pants and I'll be set. (bad pun I know)

So here it is, the most gorgeous set of underwear I've ever set eyes on...

I think I'm going to start buying sets way more often, even though they are more expensive they make you feel amazing when you wear them!

Please don’t go please don’t go I love you so I love you so...

Summer has nearly gone, but so glad there's been a few days of sunshine just before Autumn kicks in!

I've been working like crazy over the last few days, and now another 7 days of working commences in a few hours. I will take this time to show you an outfit I wore yesterday, where I went into town with my boyfriend to do some much needed window shopping.
Which was probably a bad idea, seeing as 90% of the things we saw I really loved, this maybe because I swear this seasons clothes have been made for me; the studs, the deep purples, blacks, skulls, maxi skirts, blazers, leather....mmmmm.
Seeing as it was a scorching hot day, I decided to go for a light look. Breaking out my River Island grey maxi dip back skirt which I haven't worn since my holiday in July! I love this skirt the only think is you've got to watch out when it's windy! They have now got it in other colours and prints on the River Island website, which is great.

Note : My terrible tan line from Reading festival on the right hand photograph...

I teamed my skirt with my Topshop white basic neppy tee  which was £14. It's a great price for such a good quality Tshirt, it's also textured which makes it a lot nicer than a standard white tee, it is also a more slouchy fit, which I love!

I decided to add this necklace to it, as I thought it was a bit too plain without it. It's such an old necklace; vintage I suppose. I think it was my mum's, but I've had it in my jewelry box for such a long time. I just never had anything I could wear it with, but now I think it goes perfectly with my outfit; it was worth the wait!

I didn't want to wear much make up because of the heat so I'm wearing only Infallible eyeliner in Night Day Black by L'OrĂ©al, which I bought in Boots. Along with bad gal lash mascara by Benefit which I got for free in Glamour magazine a little while ago. Got to love free makeup from magazines!
I may not be on the blogging front a lot the next few weeks, as I have a massively busy work schedule this week, where I'm working literally every day! But I will try and do some blog posts!
Hope you've had a great day!

I've been found out, so now I'll never explore

Hi, I know I've been a bit slack on the blogging front recently, I just have lost motivation for it, and my creativity seems to have gone out the window.
I go back to uni in a few weeks time, so hopefully I will find the motivation once more! Plus I will hopefully be getting a mac book soon, with InDesign so I can make my own wish lists and things on it. Seeing as Polyvore hates my blog layout and doesn't seem to display properly.
Because uni is starting soon, I have been having a look through some websites, to find clothes for the new semester. Seeing as I haven't got any trousers, my leggings are dieing and its getting colder I thought I'd treat myself when I get my loan. I know I shouldn't be spending money with my loan, but I'm a student....it's what we do! Also I don't want to be getting cold in the winter months, especially with the New York trip in December!
Anyway whilst on the New Look site, I stumbled across some high wedge creepers. I love the creeper style however my legs are pretty short, so creepers don't look amazing on me. However when you add a wedge to any shoe it automatically looks great on any leg length!

They are only £27.99 as well which is amazing seeing as I've seen a pair on Office's website that are near on a perfect match for £110. I understand you're probably paying for the quality and the fact they are suede, but for a winter boot I think under £30 is great.
Here are the £110 ones by Underground Creepers in Office. I would love to be able to justify paying over £100 for some boots, but I just can't when there is a pair for under £30!
